Operation AVAIL (Adaptive Veterans AI Literacy) equips veterans with the skills to navigate benefits, transition into careers, and build businesses using AI.

Millions of dollars in veteran benefits go unused every year—not because veterans don’t qualify, but because the system is difficult to navigate. At the same time, many veterans struggle to translate their experience into civilian careers or access modern tools shaping today’s workforce.

AVAIL closes that gap.

Through a structured, hands-on approach based on the LAIR Framework (Literacy, Application, Interpretation, Responsibility), participants learn how to:
• Navigate VA systems and benefits using AI
• Translate military experience into civilian career pathways
• Build resumes, applications, and business ideas
• Use AI tools confidently and responsibly
